On becoming a Christian...
"Quite a few years ago, Jayne and I were good friends with another couple—a couple that knew the Lord, and loved the Lord. And as our friendship grew, it became very obvious they had something we didn't have. At that time in our life, we began to realize the things we were involved in weren't satisfying in a meaningful way. So because of the example this couple lived, we stood up and took notice of our lives and started going to church in Fisher, IL. After about three months, God spoke to us and we decided to fully accept Christ into our lives."

Coming to KRCC
"After a year and a half of prayer, we contacted KRCC in response to an open position for Senior Minister. I had numerous interviews with people from KRCC, and throughout the course of the interviews it became very obvious that this is the door God had opened for me. Our prayers were answered and we came to KRCC confidently and boldly, ready to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ."

On serving at KRCC...
"Serving at KRCC allows me the opportunity to do the two things I believe ministry is all about: evangelize and edify. That is my whole ministry—to reach out with the Gospel and build up the people who accept Christ. Everything we do in terms of ministry is described by one or both of those words."

My ministry at KRCC
"KRCC is a New Testament Christian Church that is striving to accomplish God's will while on Earth. We are doing this by focusing upon two vital relationships. First and foremost is our need to have an intimate relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Much of what we do focuses upon this goal. The preaching and teaching of the Bible along with a contemporary approach to the worship of our God is a major part of accomplishing this goal."

"Interpersonal relationships with other believers are also essential to our spiritual growth. Retreats, small group fellowships and special activities help us in accomplishing this goal. We believe God really does have a plan for your life and a purpose for your existence."
